Q: Do you allow personalized gift message cards?
A: We encourage you to do your gift shopping online with us. All of our items are suitable for gift purchase and we take special care with each and every gift order. You may include a personalized gift message with your gift purchases for no additional charge. Our staff will handwrite your personal message on a Colonial Candle classic note card and include it with your gift purchase.
An order summary, with a list of items in the order WILL NOT be included with the order and no product pricing will be included in the order.
Q: Do you have gift wrapping services available?
A: Yes, gift wrapping services are available on select items. An additional cost of $4.25 per item you wish to have gift wrapped shall apply. Your products will be wrapped in tissue, placed in our signature gold gift box, decorated with a navy satin ribbon embossed in gold and finished with a gift card bearing your own personal message.
Q: Do you have gift certificates available online?
A: Colonial Candle Gift Certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 or $100 or $200. Gift certicates are emailed immediately and an elegant printed certicate is shipped via FEDEX ground for delivery in 5-7 business days. Corporate customers, please call Colonial Candle at 1.866.445.9993 if you would like to start a corporate gift certicate program.
Q: Do you have any gift reminder services available?
A: Colonial Candle's Gift Reminder is a complimentary service that helps you plan your gift schedule. Thin of us as your personal shopping assistant. We'll remind you of when you've got a gift date coming up such as birthdays, anniversaries or special events. We'll even help you find the perfect Colonial Candle gift!
Q: Do you offer a Candle of the Month Club service?
A: Yes, Colonial Candle of the Month Club is available for purchase online. You may select the fragrance family or fragrance-free, duration or savings you wish to receive, and candle type or size you prefer! Once ordered, every month the candle club gift package will ship around the 15th of the month. Q: I am placing my first order. What steps do I follow?
A: As you browse our online store, you may add items to your "Shopping Cart" by simply pressing the Add to Cart button located near the bottom of the product item's page. You'll notice that there is a box for the Quantity you wish to purchase. After adding an item to your shopping basket, you may continue to shop or you can proceed to checkout by pressing the "Proceed to Secure Checkout" button. When you decide to checkout, you will receive specific instructions that will prompt you through the order process. When your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of each order. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification and your credit card will be charged. Your credit card is not charged until the order ships and is charged for only those products that shipped.
Q: Can I send items as a gift?
A: We encourage you to do your gift shopping online with us. All of our items are suitable for gift purchase and we take special care with each and every gift order. You may include a personalized gift message with your gift purchases for no additional charge. If you enter a gift message at the time you order, this message will be nicely handwritten or typed onto a lovely Gift Card. An order summary, with a list of items in the order will not be included with the order and no product pricing will be included in the order.

Q: Can I purchase a Colonial Candle Gift Certificate?
A: We now offer Colonial Candle gift certificates! Please call us to place your order, or visit our gift certificate ordering page here.
Q: What credit cards and other forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express in our online store. You may pay via check via mail if you prefer. Orders will be shipped after receipt of check and payment has been cleared.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries in select states. That would be all states except Delaware, Idaho, Louisiana, Maine, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont and West Virginia.We will automatically calculate the tax rate according to the shipping address.
Q: I have a promotional code, how do I use it and can I use more than one at a time?
A: Promotional codes are entered into the promotional code field in the shopping cart. Then one must press "validate" and see the reflected discount (if discount) or language if shipping offer. Only one promotional code can be used per order.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
A: YES. We do take APO and AFS orders. Orders are shipped via Parcel Post. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1.866.445.9993. We currently offer only standard shipping on APO and AFS orders.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
A: Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii as of March 18, 2008. Orders ship via Parcel Post only. If you need assistance in placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1.866.445.9993. We do not offer priority shipping but standard shipping.
Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, we accept Canadian orders via our phone center. Please contact us at 1.866.445.9993 between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time.
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or foreign countries?
A: At this time, we are accepting orders to Canada via phone only. However we do not ship orders to PO boxes or outside the contiguous USA, Alaska or Hawaii and Canada.
Q: How do I return an order?
A: Returns are accepted up to 30 days from receipt date.

A: Currently we have decided to go paperless and no longer produce a consumer catalog. This helps reduce environmental waste and pass along that savings to you! You may shop online 24/7 or contact a shopping specialist at 1.866.445.9993, Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00 pm Central Time.
Q: Do you have any special offers?

Q: I don't see a fragrance online? How can I find it?
A: Fragrances evolve and sometimes retire! You may contact us for a recommendation of a similar fragrance. The website clearly marks fragrances we sell and identifies which one's are retiring.
Q: Are your glass jars recyclable?
A: Yes, our glass jars are recyclable. To remove wax you can freeze and wait until wax hardens and shrinks, then either it will slip out or you may have to use a knife to extract and then rinse with warm water to fully clean to be ready to recycle!
