All merchandise purchased through our online catalog can be returned for a replacement or refund if under 30 days from purchase date.

To return an item, fill out the Return Form on your Order Summary packing slip noting reason for return and enclose it with the product for return. Please note returned products must be in original packaging, unused and in sellable condition.  If you no longer have your packing slip, please put all of the information on a separate sheet of paper including your order number, mailing address and phone number along with the item description and include it with the return.

On credit card replacements or exchanges, the replacement or exchange will be sent.
We are sorry we cannot accept returns online for products purchased in retail locations.
